Scouting & Strategy

On Team 2181, the Scouting & Strategy sub-team focuses on planning how the robot should play during matches. They learn the rules of the game and figure out the best ways for the robot to score points and work with other teams. They also work closely with the drive team to plan what to do in each match.

The scouting side collects information about other teams and their robots during competitions. Members organize this data and use it to help make decisions, like choosing partners and adjusting match plans.

Overall, students learn how to analyze information, think ahead, and make smart decisions as a team.
